iSquad timesheets should be submitted monthly to:

Please use this timesheet: (submit a timesheet for each pay period i.e. if you worked on 12/2/07 and 12/18/07 you will need to submit 2 timesheets).
-Include a copy of your attendance sheet
Please also include an attendance sheet indicating student names, dates, times, and lessons.
Minimum of 10 students enrolled.
-Shirt Refresh - 15 shirts per school ---Requirements:2 completed lessons, attendance at iSquad training, lesson rollout recorded, student attendance submitted
--How to order shirts for next year.
--Question? Will you collect shirts from students this year?
-Indicate lessons taught
To process your timesheets we will need a print out of the lesson titles (not the whole lesson) you have done with your students, which should also be recorded at on the iSquad Curriculum Rollout page. We hope you will be the author of some these lessons!
-Lesson Submission
At least one new lesson must be created and posted at iSquad Lessons prior to processing your first set of timesheets. Please indicate the url with timesheet submission.
You are allocated up to 80 hours to be compensated for your iSquad. iSquads may begin week of December 1st, 2007 and run through June 15th, 2008. Final timesheets are due NO LATER then Friday June 20th, 2008.

Weekdays: 4 hours
Saturdays: 4 hours
Breaks: 9 hours
